Steve is the founder of Journey Construction and has been in the construction/builder/renovation field for over 30 years. He enjoys working with his customers and helps them create and achieve their vision of their dream home. Steve’s expertise is not only in carpentry but also in design work, electrical, plumbing and project management. His favorite part of the job though is working with his customers.

Jack D. Kirkpatrick - Co-Found, Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Jake has been in the field of construction/building for over 15 years. Along with all his extensive carpentry experience Jake is a Master Tiler and has created many original designs. Jake has a genuine desire to meet the needs of his customers and always exceeds their expectations to their full satisfaction.

Jennifer Moore - Co-Found, Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Jennifer comes to us with many years of service in Administration Management. She has worked alongside several attorneys, insurance companies, and a highly favored construction company. Jennifer has a passion to aid in achieving excellence within a company. For the past few years, she has had the opportunity to be a team member for Journey Construction. Jennifer loves her family and is excited to work together to come alongside our clients, with heart and positive energy.

Katie M. Kirkpatrick - Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Katie has a passion for working with people. She has been in Management and an Executive in Human Resources for over 26 years. She brings with her Project Management, Conflict Resolution, Consulting and Coaching Skills. As she embarks into this new phase of her career Katie would like to use her skills in helping her clients maintain their safety, security and independence within their own.

Jessica R. Kirkpatrick, RN - Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Jess brings with her many years of medical knowledge and experience as a Registered Nurse. She is a very compassionate and caring person who will provide a medical perspective to assessing one’s home for their care and safety. Her medical experience is an excellent addition to creating an individualized plan that will promote a healthy and happy lifestyle.
